Yes. We provide individual therapy for adults, teens, and children. Clients seek therapy with us for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, burnout, identity exploration, ADHD, and emotional regulation.

Yes. We provide couples therapy for partners navigating communication challenges, conflict, intimacy concerns, parenting stress, trust repair, and life transitions.
Please note: Couples therapy is typically private pay and not billed to insurance.

Yes. Our child and adolescent therapists support young people experiencing anxiety, depression, school challenges, behavioral concerns, identity development, and family transitions.
When appropriate, therapy may include parent collaboration to support growth outside the therapy room.

Yes. Telehealth therapy is available to clients located anywhere in Washington State. Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
