Psychological Assessment/Testing: Based on time spent review with a Psychologist

Seattle Counseling and Wellness is currently accepting Premera (including Lifewise), Blue Card Plan, United Health Care,  and First Choice Health. Please check your benefits by calling your insurance company and/or accessing the members’ page on their website before the first session. Different providers are paneled with different insurance. Please contact us to ensure that you are in-network with our available providers.
