Services in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
I'm a clinical social worker offering therapy in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese for adults from diverse backgrounds. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington.
My career in mental health has included working on crisis lines, in community mental health, and in group practice. During my internship at Seattle Counseling and Wellness, I provided weekly individual therapy to clients ages 18 and older, supporting them as they navigate a range of challenges in their personal, academic, and professional lives. Whether facing burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, school and career stress, or the weight of systemic oppression, I worked collaboratively with clients to deepen their understanding of how they relate to and cope with the world and to explore evidence-based tools that feel sustainable, meaningful, and tailored to their unique needs and goals. Through this work, I’ve been honored to walk alongside individuals from many different backgrounds and life paths, and to witness the strength, resilience, and insight each person brings to their healing journey.
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. As you bring your own strength and lived wisdom, we’ll explore what’s most impacting you. My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in respect for your pace, your voice, and your story.
My cross-cultural experiences and identity as an immigrant deeply inform my approach, guiding me to work through multicultural, social justice, and trauma-informed lens. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your relationships, challenges, and aspirations with curiosity and compassion. In our sessions, I incorporate somatic and relational practices with evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe sustainable and meaningful change happens when your inner wisdom is met with practical tools and a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll move at your pace as we work toward the life you envision, grounded in self-understanding, resilience, and lasting growth.
