Hello! My name is Janeah! I am a first-generation Filipina American therapist. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults. I use a variety of interventions, including Person-centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and Play Therapy. As someone who was raised by immigrants, I am passionate about working with individuals who come from diverse backgrounds and communities. My practice emphasizes cultural humility and acceptance. I am devoted to providing resources to people who need them the most. I believe it is essential to help those who are often silenced find their voice. Through therapy, it is possible to help people discover their fullest potential as we work together to find acceptance and process their past experiences. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to be fully authentic and improve their emotional well-being.

I completed my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwest University and my bachelor's degree from the University of Washington. I previously worked in the hospital setting and in community mental health, providing mental health care.

Outside of therapy, I love to do puzzles, bake, go to concerts, and, of course, as a Seattle native, go on walks and hikes. I cannot wait to work with you and help you live life to your full potential!
