I see counseling as a collaborative journey, and you are always in the driver’s seat. I like to think of myself as a GPS: I don’t choose your destination, but I can travel alongside you, suggest routes, and help you notice when you feel stuck. Sometimes the road is smooth, other times it may feel uncertain. But together, we can find ways to move forward.

In our sessions, you set the pace. If you prefer structure, I can bring in evidence-based strategies to guide us step by step. If you’d rather have open space to share what’s on your mind, I’ll follow your lead, listening deeply and offering support along the way. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where you feel both supported and empowered to explore, grow, and heal.

I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State. My therapeutic style is warm, flexible, and integrative, rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe you already hold resilience and inner resources within yourself; I am simply here to walk with you as you find your direction and create meaningful change.

I offer counseling in both English and Mandarin.
