You may feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, doubt, or shame. Maybe uncertainty feels intolerable, or you feel caught in a cycle of rumination or compulsions. When we are left alone with our thoughts, they can feel all-consuming and even threatening. If this sounds familiar, things don’t have to stay this way.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist who provides an integrative, person-centered approach to care. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and have experience supporting individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I have received intensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I often integrate these approaches to best meet your needs. I am especially passionate about working with OCD, anxiety, and shame, and I emphasize helping individuals separate their identity from harmful thought patterns and negative core beliefs.

My work prioritizes authenticity, empathy, and empowerment. I believe in the importance of a therapeutic alliance that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your goals. Growth is a lifelong process, and I am committed to supporting you at every stage. I believe that you are more than a diagnosis, and that behaviors that feel destructive are often ways of coping with painful experiences. You are always doing the best you can, even when you wish you could do more.

I completed both my Master of Social Work and bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington and bring prior experience in community mental health and medical social work. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my cat, Franklin, making music, cooking, doing arts and crafts, traveling, and spending time in nature. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey, wherever it may take you.
