I view therapy as a collaborative process, where healing emerges through the experience of being truly seen and supported within a safe therapeutic relationship. I bring a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence, creating a space where you can feel understood and cared for.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults, couples, and families. Guided by a systemic lens, I am curious about how your relationships, environment, and inner world connect and influence one another. In our work together, I draw from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Therapy, Art Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy, tailoring my approach to fit your unique needs.

I believe each of us carries wisdom within, which I will help you tap into, harness, and incorporate into your life to bring forth desired change. I welcome whatever you bring to therapy, but I am especially passionate about exploring identity, relationships, and body liberation. Clients often describe me as warm and collaborative, with a good sense of humor. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your journey of healing and growth.

I received my Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound. Before my role as a therapist, I worked in community mental health on crisis lines, providing advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.

Washington has always been home for me, and in my free time, you can usually find me crafting, running, reading, or curled up with my cats.
