I work with adults and couples/partners of all ages and backgrounds. I aim to provide a warm, affirming, and inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA2S+, polyamorous, kink, and nontraditional relationship structures. My style is client-led and flexible, meaning sessions adapt to your unique needs and goals. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in honesty, empathy, openness, a touch of humor, and the right amount of challenge. As an eclectic therapist I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, attachment-based, Gottman Method, mindfulness and narrative therapy. I also integrate spiritual and astrological exploration and insight to deepen self-understanding and strengthen relationships.

Together, we’ll explore the internal and external factors shaping your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. From there, we’ll draw on both your existing strengths and new skills developed in therapy to help you make meaningful changes. I believe that you already have the wisdom and strength within you to move toward the life and relationships you want; my role is to help you discover and strengthen those capacities.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Integrated Wellness. My clinical training took place in both holistic and community care settings, where I worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship conflicts, grief, and major life changes. I also have experience facilitating behavioral and social groups, supporting neurodivergent individuals in building social skills, daily living skills, and identifying and regulating emotions.

I’ve lived in Washington my whole life and feel very connected to the outdoors, where I love to hike, spend time at the beach, and rockhound. Outside of work you’ll also find me reading, crocheting, thrifting, and spending time with animals.
